All sales that involve perishable item(s) are not returnable. If item(s) are damage or lost during transport, there will be means necessary to accommodate the damaged perishable item(s).
If there was an issue with transporting, such as; lost, never received, then a refund will be issued or a replication of the order will be send out no cost to the customer, this would be decided by the customer. Either The Coffey Co will reach out to the customer if we were notified by the shipping company or the customer may reach out to The Coffey Co through info@thecoffeyco.com labeled transportation issues. This process would need to be done within 14 days
If item(s) were received damage, then all claims can be emailed through info@thecoffeyco.com titled damage. There shall be a description of what damages occurred with photos. This process would need to be done within 14 days
