Welcome to The Coffey Co Coffee Roaster, the boutique roaster that can. We get our raw arabica coffee beans from Fair Trade Certified, USDA Organic importers. Our importers also contribute to coffee industry sustainability. We have been putting in many hours with many different coffee origins to get the right blend combination. No more coffee bitter face.

This Coffey Co. roast is satisfying and well-rounded espresso blend with excellent depth in its chocolate flavor and layers of complexity that make it stand out.
Notes of blackberry bring a bright fruitiness, balanced by a natural sweetness that leans slightly toward maple syrup. A subtle touch of smoke and spice adds nuance, making the profile intriguing yet approachable. Pulls a nice stiff medium crema even after de-gassing, giving it a nice mouthfeel. Medium in complexity. Some complexity and well-balanced.
The roast level leans slightly darker than a typical third-wave medium espresso, aligning more with the style you'd expect from a skilled local craft roaster. This balance makes it highly versatile, shining in milk-based drinks like lattes, where its sweetness and depth remain prominent.
For me this is a really nice find.

We absolutely just love Coffey Coffee! Their beans are roasted to order and taste amazing! This Is What We Do
Our approach is being open to anything. We do single bag orders to large wholesale type orders. We work with everyone and to dial in what they like. If its floral notes, carmen notes, cocoa notes, we can do that. If you're not sure, we can give recommendations.
Our Commitment is Quality.
It starts with carefully selected coffee notes and build from there. We stick to a single importer due to quality consistency we can rely on. We don't over stock in order to maintain freshness and not producing waste.
The Coffey Co Blend Profile
Coffee beans from each country has their own distinct flavor. We found our combination that our customers enjoy. We have two main blends we do.
The Conquistador is our smooth, light palate with floral and cocoa notes.
El Jefe is another smooth light to medium palate, but with fruity, floral and caramel notes
